About the role

We are seeking an energetic, customer‑focused Sales Representative to drive membership sales and manage front‑desk operations at our gym in Kathmandu. The role combines sales, customer service, and administrative duties to ensure a welcoming experience for all members and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the front desk at all times.
• Welcome and assist members, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage member check‑ins, attendance records, and general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Handle walk‑in inquiries and convert prospects into active members.
• Follow up with potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Explain membership plans, promotions, and gym services clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, memberships, and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and membership conversion targets.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.
• Provide friendly, helpful, and solution‑oriented customer support.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
• Act as a communication link between departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Escalate operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
• Create a positive and welcoming environment for all gym members.
• Address member concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage long‑term retention and referrals.
