Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who is fluent in Chinese to drive the sales of construction chemicals, industrial materials and related products across Nepal. The role involves frequent visits to construction sites, hydropower projects and industrial facilities to build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales of construction chemicals, industrial materials and related products.
• Target hydropower and infrastructure projects, identifying new business opportunities with owners, contractors, consultants and industrial clients.
• Visit construction sites, hydropower projects, factories and industrial clients on a regular basis.
• Promote company products, prepare quotations, follow up enquiries and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business development.
• Prepare regular sales, market and project reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in project sales, industrial sales, construction materials or construction chemicals.
• Fluent Chinese language skills (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client and project visits.
• Experience in hydropower, infrastructure, construction or industrial projects is preferred.
