Sales Service Representative

About the role

The Sales Service Representative is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Lalitpur District. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, explaining Goodwish Engineering’s AI, robotics, software and drone products, and supporting them throughout the sales cycle. The representative works closely with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information about AI tools, robotic systems, and drone services.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist clients in evaluating solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, track the sales pipeline, and pursue closing opportunities.
• Provide post‑sale support, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to address technical questions and customize solutions.
• Contribute to outreach activities and help improve sales processes based on client input.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow‑up and basic pipeline management.
• Interest in or familiarity with technology domains such as AI, robotics, software platforms, or drone solutions.
• Good organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail in documentation and quotation preparation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales, customer support, or service roles, preferably in technology or engineering sectors.
• Minimum education of +2 (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
