Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will work full‑time in a hybrid setting to boost organic visibility for client projects and internal initiatives. The role combines strategic keyword research, technical audits, and on‑page optimisation to drive qualified traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to uncover opportunities and guide content strategy.
• Perform SEO audits covering technical, on‑page, and off‑page factors and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Optimise meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking and content for search intent and accessibility.
• Manage ethical link‑building campaigns, including outreach and relationship management.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other analytics tools, producing regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, development and design teams to embed SEO best practices into site architecture and product launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in keyword research, SEO audits and link‑building.
• Hands‑on familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO aspects like site speed, mobile friendliness, crawlability and structured data.
• Experience with SEO platforms (e.g., Screaming Frog, Seobility) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an agile, cross‑functional environment.
