Senior Civil Engineer

About the role

New Technical Waterproofing & Infra Rehabilitation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead planning, cost estimation, contract administration and site coordination for infrastructure and construction projects. The role ensures safe, on‑time, and budget‑compliant delivery while providing technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed material, labour, equipment and resource cost estimates and develop project budgets.
• Monitor material utilization, compare consumption with progress, and control wastage.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate project activities, liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Review and verify measurement sheets, quantities and billing documents before submission.
• Administer contracts, prepare variation orders, extension of time requests and support claim preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale construction projects from estimation to execution.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, specifications and BOQs.
