Senior Full Stack Engineer (React, Java, Spring Boot)

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing, developing and scaling enterprise software. The role focuses on ReactJS frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend, cloud-native applications, microservices and containerized deployments with Kubernetes. It works closely with Product, Engineering, QA and Business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications with ReactJS, Java and Spring Boot
• Build reusable frontend components and backend services
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Design, optimize and support databases with SQL and PostgreSQL
• Use Python and Scala where needed for integrations and data processing
• Work with Snowflake and modern data engineering platforms
• Build, deploy and support containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and application support
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA and Engineering teams
• Code review, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Mentor junior engineers and support Agile activities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Java and Spring Boot
• Experience designing REST APIs and microservices
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL experience
• Git and Agile/Scrum experience
• Preferred: Python/Scala, Snowflake, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), OAuth/JWT/SSO, mentoring experience
