Senior Program Manager

About the role

Changunarayan Foundation (CNF) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to provide overall leadership and management of the organization. The role works closely with management and the Board of Directors to ensure effective implementation of CNF's programs, projects, partnerships and institutional priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day‑to‑day organizational management.
• Coordinate with the team for effective program implementation.
• Lead organizational planning, budgeting, resource mobilization and institutional development.
• Maintain strong relationships with donors, government layers, private sector and related stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CNF policies, agreements, financial procedures and applicable regulations.
• Monitor organizational and project performance and report regularly to the Board and donor organization.
• Strengthen staff performance, teamwork, accountability and organizational systems.
• Represent CNF in key meetings, partnership collaborations and engagements.
• Implement the strategic planning prepared and organizational leadership decisions.
