Senior Sales Officer

About the role

Pick N Drop is seeking a high‑ownership Senior Sales Officer to drive B2B sales across Kathmandu Valley. The role is field‑focused, requiring frequent visits to sellers, brands and partners to generate new business and deepen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute monthly and quarterly client acquisition plans by segment and geography, generating qualified leads through field visits, referrals and partnerships.
• Own the full B2B sales cycle – discovery, solution design, pricing, negotiation, closing and hand‑over to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with e‑commerce sellers, social‑commerce businesses, brands and platforms, conducting regular check‑ins to identify service issues and growth opportunities.
• Collect market intelligence during client meetings and translate insights into actionable recommendations for operations, technology and marketing teams.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and manage field sales associates, set activity targets and run weekly sales reviews to ensure pipeline health.
• Ensure 100 % adoption of the CRM system, maintain a clean sales pipeline and develop sales playbooks, scripts and proposal templates.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead‑generation campaigns and with operations to guarantee smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce or related sectors.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving revenue growth targets.
• Strong field presence with willingness to travel frequently within Kathmandu Valley.
• Leadership experience managing a team of sales associates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
