Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to join our IT department. In this role you will ensure that our servers, networks, and related hardware and software operate reliably and efficiently, supporting business continuity and collaborating with other IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain internal systems and network infrastructure.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across servers, software and hardware.
• Supervise the Operations team and provide guidance on system‑related tasks.
• Install and configure servers, devices and firewalls.
• Upgrade the network infrastructure.
• Monitor performance of servers, applications and network components.
• Oversee the smooth deployment of new applications and updates.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Train new system users and set up user accounts.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with multiple operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a systematic approach to problem solving.
• Ability to lead and mentor an Operations team.
• Experience with server and network hardware.
• Familiarity with security best practices.
