Senior UI/UX Designer – Web & Mobile Applications

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with at least three years of experience to lead the design of production‑grade web platforms and mobile applications. This role focuses on creating intuitive, transaction‑driven experiences rather than graphic or social media design.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end UI/UX design process from requirements to developer‑ready handoff.
• Translate complex business needs into simple, user‑friendly flows.
• Produce user flows, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile, including Android and iOS apps.
• Craft search, filtering, sorting, comparison, booking, checkout, payment, and dashboard experiences.
• Develop registration, login, onboarding, account recovery, and profile management flows.
• Design data‑heavy reports, tables, analytics, and role‑based interfaces.
• Identify UX problems in existing products and propose practical improvements.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate closely with front‑end and back‑end developers and review implemented interfaces.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real web and/or mobile application projects.
• Ability to reduce friction and unnecessary steps across user journeys.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, and Prototyping.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Expertise in responsive and mobile‑first design.
• Proven ability to design dashboards, data‑heavy interfaces, complex forms, and multi‑step workflows.
• Skill in designing search, filter, sorting, and comparison interfaces.
• Experience with transactional, payment, booking, and checkout experiences.
