Service Coordinator

About the role

The Service Coordinator ensures smooth handling of warranty and RMA cases from initiation to resolution. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams, guaranteeing timely service delivery and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RMA and warranty cases from start to finish.
• Handle service intake, assess issues, prioritize cases, and assign technicians.
• Process vouchers, replacement requests, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Communicate service status, follow‑ups, and product dispatch to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, case updates, reports, and inventory data.
• Track cases to ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant teams.
• Prepare and maintain service reports and databases using MS Excel and other data‑management tools.
• Coordinate effectively with technicians, customers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
• Ensure all service documentation is complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Prior exposure to service coordination, customer support, or after‑sales service is a plus.
• Strong customer communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Organised, proactive, team‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
