Service Manager – After‑Sales & Technical Service

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our after‑sales service operations for electronics and home appliances. The role involves overseeing installations, repairs, warranty claims, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete after‑sales service operation, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of products.
• Lead, supervise and develop service technicians and support staff.
• Handle customer complaints, escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee warranty claims, spare‑parts inventory and coordinate with manufacturers.
• Monitor service KPIs such as response time, resolution time, repeat complaints and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular service performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or related engineering field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of relevant after‑sales/service management experience in the electronics & home‑appliances industry.
• Proven track record managing service technicians and after‑sales operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and team‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel for service‑related requirements.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of electronics and home‑appliance products.
• Experience with warranty management and spare‑parts processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, including service reporting systems.
