Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the after‑sales service operation for electronics and home‑appliance products. The role covers installation, repair, warranty handling, customer complaints, spare‑parts management and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complete after‑sales service operations for electronics and home appliances.
• Lead, supervise and develop service technicians and support staff.
• Handle customer complaints and escalated service issues, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance activities.
• Manage warranty claims, warranty repairs and after‑sales service policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on technical and warranty matters.
• Monitor spare‑parts inventory and forecast requirements.
• Track pending service cases, ensure timely closure and report on KPIs such as response time and repeat complaints.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct performance reviews and arrange training for technicians.
• Prepare regular service reports and present performance to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or related engineering field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of relevant after‑sales/service operations experience, preferably as Service Manager in the electronics/home‑appliance sector.
• Proven ability to manage service technicians and drive after‑sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of warranty management, spare‑parts logistics and service processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving, customer handling and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with service reporting systems.
