About the role

Join Himalaya Organization as a Service Manager, leading after‑sales service operations in Pokhara. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing workshop activities, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day‑to‑day service center and workshop operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team, including technicians and service advisors.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Plan and monitor service schedules to ensure efficient workflow and minimal turnaround time.
• Track service KPIs, productivity, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with parts, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle warranty claims, technical escalations, and customer complaints effectively.
• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous service excellence.

Required profile

• Dedicated and experienced Service Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a service team.
• Strong focus on delivering high‑quality customer service.
