Showroom Manager

About the role

The Showroom Manager will lead the on‑site sales operations for Times Business Pvt.Ltd. in Butwal, driving growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This full‑time position reports directly to senior management and works closely with marketing, operations, and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyse data for strategic decisions.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service for a unified customer journey.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to the sales team.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in showroom management, retail sales, or a similar sales & marketing role.
• Proven ability to handle sales targets, manage customers, and lead a sales team.
