Showroom Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Showroom Sales Officer to join our sales team. You will help visitors choose the right vehicle, provide detailed product information, and guide them through the entire purchasing journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the showroom, understand their vehicle needs and budget.
• Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options and promotional offers.
• Arrange test drives and conduct vehicle demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, maintain accurate sales documentation and follow up with prospects.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while staying updated on new models and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a sales mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic computer skills.
