Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑oriented Business Development Manager to lead and expand our nationwide sales operations, driving growth and strengthening relationships with dealers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close B2B and B2G opportunities to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations, articulating ROI and value propositions.
• Track government portals, public notices and procurement platforms for relevant RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and revenue forecasts.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial agreements and contracts.
• Mentor and support business development executives and the sales team.
• Track KPIs and produce sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in B2B/B2G environments.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
