Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will lead the acquisition of new corporate and enterprise customers while deepening relationships with existing clients. Reporting to the CEO and Head of Sales, the role focuses on sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and timely collection of customer payments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate and enterprise segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and key decision‑makers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
• Manage key customer accounts, provide after‑sales support and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Lead and monitor the performance of the corporate sales team to meet targets.
• Coordinate with technical, operations and customer support teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
• Take primary responsibility for timely payment collection and ensure accounts stay within approved credit terms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, profitability and collection targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to lead a sales team and collaborate across technical, operations and finance functions.
