Export Manager

About the role

The Export Manager will lead Agro Thai Foods' international expansion, driving sales growth and managing end‑to‑end export operations. Reporting to the Head of International Business, the role combines market development, customer relationship management, and logistics coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new international markets, distributors, importers, wholesalers and retail customers.
• Conduct market research to assess opportunities, competition, pricing and consumer trends.
• Negotiate commercial terms including prices, payment conditions, MOQs and distribution agreements.
• Manage the complete export order cycle from purchase order to shipment and payment collection.
• Coordinate with production, planning, warehouse, quality, finance, logistics and documentation teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Oversee export documentation, customs compliance and liaison with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, handling enquiries, complaints and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales or international business development, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets in overseas markets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent understanding of export regulations, documentation and logistics processes.
