Social Media Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Associate to manage day‑to‑day content, community engagement, and campaign execution for our client accounts. This entry‑level position is ideal for freshers or those who have completed digital‑marketing training and want hands‑on agency experience across multiple brands and industries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily/weekly social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for assigned client accounts.
• Draft engaging captions, hashtags, and post copy aligned with each brand’s tone and voice.
• Coordinate with designers and videographers to ensure timely content delivery.
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare simple weekly reports.
• Assist in running and monitoring boosted posts / basic Meta Ads under guidance.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform changes relevant to client industries.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with a certificate/diploma in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or related training.
• Genuine interest in social media, content trends, and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn as business/marketing platforms.
• Comfortable writing in both English and Nepali with good grammar and attention to detail.
• Organized, deadline‑driven, and able to manage multiple client accounts.

Required skills

• Meta Business Suite (basic).
• Analytics dashboards (basic).
