Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to own our social media presence and drive content strategy. You will develop engaging campaigns, manage daily activities, and analyze performance to support overall marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and brand objectives across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create monthly content plans and calendars, identifying trends and new formats to boost reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and other creators to produce high‑quality visual and video assets.
• Manage day‑to‑day publishing, monitor comments, messages and audience interactions, and foster community engagement.
• Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth and website traffic, preparing regular performance reports.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations and continuously refine the social media strategy.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches and special promotions through tailored social media plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for brands.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends and community building.
• Excellent written communication and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
