Spare Parts Executive

About the role

The Spare Parts Executive will support the engineering division by managing spare‑part inventories, processing sales documentation and delivering customer service. This role combines technical product knowledge with sales and warehouse coordination to ensure timely availability of parts for projects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate tax invoices using Tally software.
• Prepare quotations and maintain quotation trackers.
• Provide customer support and service for spare‑part enquiries.
• Assist the sales and marketing team with promotional activities.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory availability.
• Support effective store management and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in spare‑parts handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.
• Dynamic, result‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
