About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail location, drive sales performance, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will work to foster client loyalty, expand our brand presence, and lead a team with a customer‑centric attitude toward achieving profitability targets.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
- Hire, train, and assess store employees' productivity and performance.
- Maintain an orderly, presentable appearance of the store.
- Oversee stock management and overall store operations.
Required profile
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of store management experience.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a positive attitude.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
