Supply Chain, Admin and Safety Security Coordinator

About the role

Save the Children is looking for a Supply Chain, Admin and Safety Security Coordinator to lead the field office’s logistics, procurement and safety functions. The role will set up an efficient supply chain system, manage contracts, and ensure the safety of staff and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sourcing strategy, pipeline, and performance monitoring for the field office.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and framework agreements with suppliers.
• Oversee warehouse operations, distribution, and fleet management.
• Prepare procurement plans, execute procurement processes, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Provide technical support and capacity‑building to partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate safety and security measures for staff, assets, and programmes.
• Liaise with CO supply‑chain unit, budget holders, program managers, finance, HR, and external service providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, and safety/security management, preferably in an NGO or humanitarian setting.
• Ability to lead a team, manage high‑value sourcing processes, and work under tight timelines.
• Willingness to join within 24 hours of offer and undergo reference and police checks.
• Level 2 child safeguarding clearance (access to personal data of children).
