Supply Chain Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Jhapa District. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end‑to‑end supply chain activities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective availability of goods and materials. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand planning, forecasting, and analysis of data and trends.
• Manage procurement, vendor coordination, sourcing, and cost optimisation.
• Control inventory levels, optimise stock, and minimise shortages or excesses.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify process improvements and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain management or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or a related field; certifications such as APICS or CIPS are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Jhapa District and adapt to a dynamic operational environment.
