Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and grow our recruitment team. The role will drive hiring strategies across multiple markets, ensuring we attract top talent to support our rapid business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, motivate and develop a talent acquisition team of 15‑20 recruiters and trainees.
• Set team goals, KPIs, hiring targets and performance expectations.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and development planning.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable and high‑performance recruitment culture.
• Drive recruiter productivity, engagement and retention while identifying skill gaps and implementing learning initiatives.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support business growth across Australia, Nepal, Thailand, Taiwan and other assigned markets.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
• Analyze talent market trends and provide recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Oversee recruitment delivery for Australia‑based positions, ensuring compliance with local practices and market trends.
• Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for new recruiters and trainees, covering candidate sourcing techniques and interview best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and managing recruitment teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior business leaders.
• Deep understanding of Australian recruitment practices, market trends and compliance requirements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret talent market data.
• Excellent communication, coaching and performance‑management skills.
