Talent Acquisition Trainee

About the role

The Recruitment Trainee will support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering efficient, high-quality recruitment processes across multiple business divisions. This entry-level position focuses on coordination, administration and candidate management, allowing senior specialists to concentrate on strategic hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and screen resumes against defined criteria.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers, and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Prepare candidate documentation, interview summaries and ensure compliance of recruitment records.
• Conduct initial outreach to shortlisted candidates and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide daily administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including report preparation and pipeline updates.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and support bulk or urgent hiring demands.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
