About the role

Teach For Nepal Fellowship is a two‑year, full‑time, paid leadership program that places fellows in Nepal’s public schools. Fellows teach classroom subjects while participating in a structured leadership development curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily lessons to public‑school students across various subjects.
• Design and adapt lesson plans to meet local curriculum standards.
• Mentor and support students’ academic and personal growth.
• Engage with school staff, parents, and community members.
• Participate in monthly leadership training workshops and reflective sessions.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate (or final‑semester student) with a bachelor’s degree by March 2027.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Commitment to social‑justice values such as integrity, humility, perseverance, and self‑reflection.
