About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter with 4+ years of recruiting experience to join our rapidly growing team. The role involves sourcing, engaging, and hiring top tech talent while driving the recruitment process from start to finish in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract top tech talent through job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting to offer.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and overall potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Stay current with tech trends, technologies, and competitive recruiting strategies.
• Handle high‑volume recruitment, balancing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Support Nepal people‑operations activities such as onboarding, off‑boarding, general HR support, and culture engagement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience recruiting for tech roles, preferably in a fast‑paced or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of tech industry trends and ability to assess technical skills.
• Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top tech talent across roles like Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Solutions Architects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Advanced English level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
