About the role

The Technical Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, deliver hands‑on technical demonstrations, and provide expert consultation to clients. This role combines sales expertise with technical knowledge to create cost‑effective solutions and ensure customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve targets through strategic site visits, office outreach, and industry engagement.
• Provide hands‑on technical demos and consultations to showcase product value.
• Build and deepen customer relationships to deliver innovative, cost‑effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and client success.
• Manage account collections and oversee project timelines.
• Apply Situational Selling Skills principles for trade applications, demos, VFM, INP, and value‑based sales approaches.
• Monitor competitor activity and maintain leadership in share of wallet.
