Telemarketer – Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

About the role

Join Award Global’s dynamic sales team as a Telemarketer, focusing on outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for our financial and real‑estate services. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand our product offerings and setting the stage for successful sales conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales and follow‑up calls to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads, assess customer requirements, and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Schedule appointments and meetings between prospects and sales representatives.
• Maintain and update customer records, lead status, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound enquiries to maximise conversion.
• Meet established targets for calls, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Build rapport with potential clients while delivering a professional, positive experience.
• Handle objections confidently and provide accurate product information.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth lead handover and pipeline management.
• Prepare regular activity and performance reports for management review.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven outbound sales telemarketing experience.
• Confident communicator with a strong telephone presence.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and passionate about sales.
• Experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting is highly regarded.
