Client Service Officer – Customer Support

About the role

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Client Service Officer to join its call‑center team in Lalitpur. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality inbound and outbound support, ensuring client satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee prompt issue resolution.
• Record and monitor interactions to uphold service quality standards.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of call‑center operations.
• Good organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer support, client service, or public relations is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software.
