Customer Service Representative – Evening/Night Shift

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Customer Service Representative working evening (2 PM‑10 PM) or night (10 PM‑6 AM) shifts at a commercial bank in New Road, Kathmandu. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email and chat, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide accurate information.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the bank’s system.
• Deliver consistent service quality across multiple communication channels.
• Support the bank’s customer‑service objectives by meeting performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in a Management‑related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and basic technical abilities.
• Positive attitude, patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Flexibility to work any shift and possession of a personal vehicle.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
