Tele Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident, proactive, and results‑driven Tele‑Sales Executive to join our team. In this role you will contact potential customers, understand their needs, and communicate the value of our programs and services to convert qualified leads into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up with existing leads.
• Identify customer requirements, interests, and pain points through effective conversations.
• Present relevant products, programs, and solutions clearly to potential customers.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales and registrations.
• Maintain consistent and timely follow‑ups with potential customers.
• Record calls, conversations, and lead status accurately.
• Track leads throughout the sales process and ensure timely action.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele‑sales, sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to understand and respond to needs.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and good at time‑management.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or lead‑management tools.
