About the role
We are seeking a proactive, target‑driven TeleSales Representative to join our team in Dillibazar, Kathmandu. In this role you will make outbound calls, engage prospects, and convert leads into sales while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain call records, lead data, and daily sales reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Nepali and English.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Google Sheets.
