Tender & Technical Documentation Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and highly organized professional to manage our tendering and technical documentation processes. The officer will ensure all tender and bid documents are prepared, reviewed, and submitted in full compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, review, and submit tender, bid, and proposal documents.
• Develop technical and commercial documentation according to client specifications and tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather and organize required documents for submissions.
• Maintain and update tender‑related records, company credentials, certifications, and supporting documents.
• Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within strict deadlines.
• Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
• Prepare quotations, compliance forms, declarations, and other supporting documentation.
• Format, edit, scan, print, and professionally organize documents.
• Maintain proper filing of contracts, agreements, and procurement‑related records.
• Liaise with government offices, clients, and vendors as needed.
• Assist management with administrative and documentation‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Ability to meet strict submission deadlines.
• Effective coordination with multiple internal departments and external stakeholders.
