Ticket Reservation Manager

About the role

The Ticket Reservation Manager will lead the ticket booking and reservation operations, ensuring smooth coordination with airlines and travel partners. This role focuses on delivering accurate, timely ticketing services while providing excellent support to customers throughout their travel journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage flight ticket reservations, bookings, cancellations, re‑booking and ticket issuance.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding schedules, fares, availability and travel requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies and other travel partners.
• Monitor ticket availability, pricing and reservation status.
• Ensure accurate passenger information and proper documentation.
• Process refunds, cancellations and changes in line with airline policies.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and customer details.
• Resolve reservation‑related issues and customer complaints promptly.
• Supervise and support reservation staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare reservation and sales reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and airline ticketing procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in ticketing, reservation or travel agency operations.
• Good knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing procedures.
• Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre (preferred).
• Strong communication, customer service and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of domestic and international flight routes and fare rules.
• Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under pressure.
• Good computer skills with strong attention to detail.
• Team management and problem‑solving abilities.
