Vendor Manager

About the role

The Vendor Manager will lead the relationship with sellers and suppliers on our e‑commerce platform, ensuring product availability, competitive pricing, and high vendor performance. This role is pivotal for driving sales growth, enhancing the customer experience, and optimizing the overall product assortment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage new vendors and sellers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms.
• Monitor vendor performance, including sales, stock levels, delivery timelines, and returns.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth execution.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to drive category growth.
• Resolve vendor issues related to payments, logistics, or platform policies.
• Plan promotions, discounts, and campaigns with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in e‑commerce, vendor management, procurement, or category management (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
