Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer

About the role

Biiyond is seeking 10 full‑time Video Editors / Motion Graphic Designers to join its Kathmandu post‑production team. The role blends solid video‑editing fundamentals with basic‑to‑intermediate motion‑graphics work, turning raw footage and storyboards into polished, client‑ready videos.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into final videos with clean storytelling, pacing, color correction and audio mixing.
• Create motion‑graphics elements such as lower thirds, transitions, titles and simple 2D animations using After Effects.
• Export deliverables in required formats (1080p/4K, social media ratios) and maintain organized file structures.
• Apply feedback, share progress in ClickUp, and collaborate with the PM, Creative Director and Client Growth teams.

Required profile

• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and visual cleanliness.
• Ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects and accept constructive feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic‑to‑intermediate motion‑graphics creation using After Effects templates.
