Warehouse Operator – Full-time, Kathmandu

About the role

The Warehouse Operator position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify documentation and store items in designated locations.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and product protection.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain clean and orderly warehouse aisles, complying with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet operational timelines.

Required profile

• Proven ability to handle loading, unloading and safe movement of goods.
• Experience in packing, inventory organization and accurate labeling.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and use of personal protective equipment.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for handling documents and stock records.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as operational needs dictate.
