WordPress Website Management Specialist – SEO & Image Sourcing

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented WordPress Website Management Specialist to handle content uploads, image sourcing, and basic SEO tasks for our client’s blog network. The role is remote, part‑time (20 hours per week) and follows the client’s business hours of 9 am‑5 pm EST.

Key responsibilities

• Source and upload images from Wikipedia and client archives, adding SEO‑rich alt text.
• Upload legally approved blog articles to WordPress sites.
• Perform technical WordPress fixes such as removing duplicate H1 tags.
• Set up 301 redirects for removed pages.
• Implement internal linking between related posts.
• Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns and manage the content calendar.
• Assist with additional SEO tasks as the business expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing WordPress blogs and core site functionality.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions accurately.
• Reliable internet connection and flexibility to work within EST business hours.
• Strong attention to detail for technical website tasks.
