Area Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Officer – Dairy Industry

About the role

The company is seeking an Area Sales Manager / Senior Sales Officer to lead dairy product sales across the Chitwan and Kathmandu regions. This role focuses on expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the dairy segment in Chitwan and Kathmandu.
• Identify, acquire and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers and modern trade partners.
• Travel extensively throughout the territory to monitor market activity and support customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts using basic Excel tools.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to improve product positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Senior Sales Officer in the dairy, food or a related industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting.
• Knowledge of General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
