Civil Engineer (Revit) – Full‑time on‑site in Kathmandu

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with strong Revit expertise to join our on‑site team in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for designing and documenting civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and 3D models using Revit and related BIM tools.
• Support stormwater management, drainage, and flood mitigation designs for site development projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary planning and engineering teams to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Review and update designs based on field conditions, stakeholder feedback, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, project schedules, and maintaining design standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
• Experience working with civil engineers and multidisciplinary teams on infrastructure, site development, or stormwater projects.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret technical drawings, and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit for civil or structural modeling.
• Familiarity with other CAD/BIM tools.
• Civil engineering design for infrastructure, site development, and stormwater systems.
• Knowledge of stormwater management standards, drainage design, and flood mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of planning principles related to land development and utilities.
