Architect / Revit Drafter – Remote Night‑Shift

About the role

We are hiring two full‑time drafters to produce architectural and structural drawing sets for residential buildings in Autodesk Revit. You will translate senior architects’ and engineers’ sketches, mark‑ups and instructions into clean, coordinated, permit‑ready sheets. The role is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who can work independently, meet deadlines and operate remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings in Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules.
• Draft structural drawings from engineers’ calculations, such as foundation, floor and roof framing plans and structural details.
• Revise drawings in response to redlines and city plan‑review comments.
• Check coordination between architectural and structural sheets before issue.
• Build and maintain Revit families, templates and sheet standards to accelerate repeat work.
• Produce renderings for client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum one year of professional experience producing construction or permit drawings.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good written and verbal English; comfortable working with imperial units (feet and inches).
• Reliable internet connection and a home workspace suitable for night‑shift work.
