Graphic Designer – Creative Visuals for Digital & Print

About the role

The Graphic Designer will join Abasar Nepal Private Limited in Kathmandu to create and refine visual assets for both digital and print media. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the company’s marketing, corporate communications and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics for marketing collateral, social media, and corporate communications.
• Develop logo concepts, brand identities, and layout designs.
• Select appropriate typography and colour schemes to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Prepare final files for print production and online use.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and maintain brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with current design trends and tools.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing work across diverse platforms.
• Experience in logo design, branding and typography.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign or equivalent tools.
• Effective communication and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or equivalent professional experience.
• Understanding of basic print and digital production processes; HR or corporate services experience is a plus.
