Junior Sales Officer

About the role

This is a full-time position for a Junior Sales Officer based on‑site in various places in Nepal. The Sales Officer will manage sales operations, generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, and execute channel sales strategies to meet targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day sales operations
• Generate and qualify new leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Execute channel sales strategies to achieve targets
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and optimise results

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service with a focus on satisfaction
• Proficiency in lead generation and client sourcing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales operations for flooring, furnishing, carpet & rexine
• Knowledge of channel sales and partnership building
• Ability to meet targets in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
• Own two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence
