About the role

BlackBox is seeking a senior leader to develop and grow its Digital Solutions and Asset Lifecycle Management business. You will identify new opportunities, design innovative services, and drive revenue across key sectors such as corporate, government, finance, and healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for digital and physical records management services.
• Identify market opportunities, create service offerings, and present proposals to prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology partners to acquire new accounts and expand existing relationships.
• Lead digital initiatives including document digitization, electronic document management, workflow automation, and secure storage.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the portfolio competitive.
• Build and manage a Digital Solutions team, set SOPs, and ensure quality standards.
• Manage strategic projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery.
• Represent BlackBox at client meetings, industry events, and business forums.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, key account management, or sales leadership.
• Proven track record of closing institutional clients such as banks, insurance companies, government bodies, or large corporates.
• Experience managing multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with senior decision‑makers.
• Background in B2B services, logistics, financial services, outsourcing, or related trust‑based industries.
• Experience leading teams of 5–15 members.
