Night Shift Telehealth Nurse (Remote US Patients)

About the role

Kantipur Management Private Limited is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join its telehealth team in Nepal. Working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours, you will provide virtual nursing support to elderly and chronically‑ill patients residing primarily in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, glucose, oxygen saturation) via remote monitoring systems.
• Deliver daily medication, exercise, hydration and appointment reminders through phone or video calls.
• Operate multiple telehealth dashboards, EMR platforms and patient‑monitoring tools simultaneously.
• Document and update patient records accurately in the EMR/telehealth system.
• Identify abnormal readings and promptly escalate to the supervising nurse or overseas medical team.
• Collaborate with the international telehealth team to ensure continuity of care while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• Valid Nursing License (RN or equivalent) recognized in Nepal.
• Minimum five years of experience in hospital, home‑care or elderly patient management.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Experience using telehealth software platforms.
• Ability to operate patient monitoring devices and manage multiple digital tabs/windows.
