Operations Analyst – Office Operations Lead

About the role

We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Operations In‑Charge to keep Sterling Wells Nepal running like clockwork. You will be the go‑to person for everything that keeps our office functional, comfortable, and productive.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end office operations including facilities, utilities (AC, electricity, internet), and general upkeep.
• Lead and manage the operations team to deliver efficient support across the organisation.
• Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
• Manage IT equipment inventory, maintenance, and coordination with technical support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers for quick issue resolution.
• Oversee office construction, renovation, and fit‑out projects.
• Scout and evaluate new office spaces when expansion or relocation is needed.
• Coordinate with Finance on operational budgets and expenses.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree (Bachelor).
• More than 3 years of experience in office administration, operations, or facilities management.

Required skills

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
• Hands‑on problem‑solver with a “get it done” attitude.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with IT equipment management (a plus).
