Part-Time Receptionist (Morning Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Part‑Time Receptionist to join Nirvan Caregiver And Vocational Training Centre Pvt. Ltd. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will create a welcoming environment while efficiently handling front‑desk operations. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students, visitors, and clients professionally.
• Handle front‑desk operations, answer phone calls, messages, and social‑media inquiries.
• Provide information about Nirvan’s training programs and courses.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and basic documentation.
• Coordinate with instructors and management, managing appointments and office communication.
• Keep the reception area tidy and professional.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, social‑media).
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Ability to communicate in Nepali and English.
• Prior receptionist, front‑desk, customer‑service, or office experience preferred; freshers with strong communication are also encouraged.
